Named after two of the sista’s winemaker mentors, Tom Lubbe (Matassa) and Tom Shobrook, this tasty blend invites you in with aromas of peppered strawberries, cherry and blackberry. It’s loaded with fruit, and rather delicate tannins. It’s mouth-wateringly fresh.
Coming from a vintage which feels a bit leaner than 2018, this is in a good place now (2020) – fleshed out and absolutely ready to uncork and enjoy.
