A full bodied, big-boned rosé, with beautiful expressive ripe red fruits and some of that lovely sour cherry character from the Blaufränkisch.
But…. Sadly even in my freshly opened bottle, the finish is ruined by mousy taint. A crying shame. Maybe we’ll be lucky and this will vanish after a year of bottle age? Fingers crossed (and I would certainly upgrade my score if so).
