Bone dry and verging on austere, this has some nice orchard fruit aromas and crispness. It’s a very pale rosé type of colour.
I’ve had some stability issues with the sista’s Pet nats in the past, and this does finish on a slightly mucky, feral note. Overall it’s not a favourite.
No added sulphites.
