Subtle hint of chamomile & fresh herbs on the nose, attractively reductive. Tight but ripe apple fruit on the palate, but more herbal than fruit-dominated. Whisp of honey. Lovely chalkiness. Still young and tight but expressive and mineral-driven. Very pretty finish with decent length.
