hint of biscotti/salted caramel on the nose (?) together with citrus peel and green plum, giving way to a super tight, focused grüner, lean and structured. Majoring on citrus and pear notes. Great definition, austere at this stage (bone dry on the finish) but one to age for sure. Exciting.
