A fascinating and elegant expression of Riesling from Gaisberg’s ripe terroir. The ripe pear and candied fruits on the nose are entrancing, and the fruit character is really well defined on the palate. This feels like quite a big wine, but has perfectly balanced acidity and a lovely crushed rock bite on the finish – which is long and oh so refined.
