Interesting comparison with Schloss Gobelsburg’s Grüner from the same vineyards. This is more vegetal, with typical green pepper (capsicum) notes and orchard fruits. A little nip of salt on the finish, and some herbal tinges on the nose. Fairly straightforward but nicely reigned in.
