Super fresh, youthful talha wine filled with expressive fresh and dried apricot, a bit of orange blossom and lime.

Bottled straight from the talha after two months with the skins. Filtered through a layer of stems at the bottom, which seems to work admirably as the wine is perfectly clear.

A fun and highly drinkable style that doesn’t particularly shout “talha” but give sa great deal of pleasure.

Pale as a Beaujolais Nouveau, this traditionally made talha wine is bottled young after just two months in the talha.

It’s filled with perfumed and slightly bubblegummy berry fruit – a real charmer, super soft and easygoing, but with lively acidity.

With a bit of aeration, there is a feeling of the phenolics on the finish and some minty, herbal notes.

Nothing profound, but this rates very high on the drinkability scale. Good thing it’s in a litre bottle!
