Foot trodden and fermented in lagar, aged in talha.
Sharp citrus tang, but overall very salty and rather vegetal on the finish. A bit yoghurty/lactic on the nose. Rather thin and sharp with an almost complete lack of fruit – more like a fino sherry in terms of texture.

It won’t have escaped shrewd eyes that this cuvée is of grape varieties that are more usually found further North in Portugal.
