Fuchs & Hase – Im Wunderland 2016

This is a new concept where Alwin and Martin want to show the power of aged pet-nat.
Very floral and exotic on the nose, with notes of candied fruits and rose petals, but also some more earthy, tertiary hints.
46 months of lees ageing has really lent a great deal of texture and complexity to the wine. It’s rich and satisfying, with a soft mousse.
