Very refined and delicate, this Grüner shows a completely side of what the variety can achieve on loess soils. It has white flowers, white pepper and candied fruits on the nose – with the merest hint of honeysuckle. The palate also has a light honeyed note, and a beautiful silken texture that tails off nicely on the subtle and mineral finish. An ethereal wine.
