A pear fruit-dominated style of Riesling, with a bit of mango in there too. Typically for Loimer, this is nicely restrained, with crisp acidity and tight leesy texture. It’s perfectly balanced and very harmonious – if quite strange to process as Riesling, due to its rounded, creamy character.
