Crisp and nutty on the finish, with some white peach aroma and a bit of pineapple. The texture is subtly chalky with a bit of lees influence. A little bitter on the finish, and overall quite young and simplistic. But as per the food matching suggestion, with a risotto or perhaps some seafood, this would slip down nicely.
