Very restrained on the nose, with some delicate notes of angelica and wild herbs. A hint of oak, but pretty well integrated.
Very harmonious, with a rather silken texture and a long lingering finish of considerable refinement.
The fruit feels delightfully tangy, and as with the 2019 there’s the merest hint of something vegetal (green pepper).
Loads of Grüner expression here, evolving very nicely and maintains its freshness despite the overall sensation of ripeness and broadness.
