Honeyed and lightly spicy on the nose, this is a sprightly effort with lively acids, citrus and a gooseberry hint. It’s lithe and fairly light, but with a nice bit of stuffing in the body. One to age for a couple of years, this feels like it can open up and develop very nicely.
