Silken and buttery, this Grüner has an exciting saltiness that gives freshness and zip to the wine. It’s not particularly strong on the fruit, showing more of the pithy, apricot character with a bit of green capsicum.
An interesting style, that feels quite broad as with other wines from Gaisberg.
