A fat, ripe style of Riesling, loaded with honeydew melon and kiwi fruit. Upfront and accessible, the acidity is on the low side but lots of pleasure to be had from this in the next year or so.
Broader and more fruit driven than most Heiligenstein Rieslings, with kiwi, green plum and attractive honeysuckle aromas. Very pleasant, but lacking a little of the vineyard’s mineral expression.

Characterful aromas of crushed rocks, fresh herbs and the merest hint of kerosene. Fairly broad-shouldered, with a creamy core that lasts and lasts on the finish. As always with Gobelsburg, very well judged and restrained.
Fruit forward, with mango and canteloupe melon characters. A ripe style but with enough freshness and juiciness to retain balance. I wouldn’t necessarily age this but it’s pleasant to drink now.
